TheDB06IR-5MP is a synchronized dual-lens USB camera module featuringtwo Sony IMX307 CMOS image sensors. Each camera sensor is connected to the main board through a flexible FPC cable, providing greater flexibility for mechanical integration.
The module supports synchronized dual-channel video up to3840 × 1080 @ 30fps, providing two synchronized 1920 × 1080 camera views in a single output stream.
With its dual-sensor architecture, wide-angle no-distortion lenses and flexible FPC-connected camera boards, the module is designed forstereo vision, 3D imaging, robotics, machine vision, people counting, monitoring and customized embedded vision systems.
The module uses two independent Sony IMX307 image sensors and synchronizes their video output.
In dual-channel mode, it supports:
3840 × 1080 @ 30fps
This represents two synchronized 1920 × 1080 camera views arranged side by side in the output stream.
Synchronized image capture is useful when corresponding left and right images are required for stereo vision and other dual-camera applications.
The DB06IR-5MP integrates two 1/2.8" Sony IMX307 CMOS sensors, one for each camera module.
Left Camera → Sony IMX307
Right Camera → Sony IMX307
The dual-sensor configuration provides two synchronized views for applications requiring binocular or stereo image data.
The camera supports synchronized two-channel video up to:
· 3840 × 1080 @ 30fps
· 2560 × 720
· 1600 × 600
· 1280 × 480
It also supports single-channel output up to 1920 × 1080 @ 30fps.
The two camera boards are connected to the main board through flexible FPC cables rather than being fixed directly onto a single rigid PCB.
This architecture provides greater flexibility when integrating the camera into machines, devices and customized enclosures.
The FPC structure can help accommodate different requirements for:
· Camera position
· Camera spacing
· Camera angle
· Installation direction
· Mechanical layout
MainBoard:120×22mm
SensorBoard:26×22mm
FPC Cable: 150cm
The standard configuration uses two 106° no-distortion lenses, providing a wide field of view for dual-camera imaging.
This configuration is suitable for applications requiring broad scene coverage while maintaining corresponding left and right camera views.
Optional removable white LED boards can be integrated with the camera module.
The lighting configuration includes 4 LEDs + 4 LEDs, providing additional illumination for applications where supplementary lighting is required.
The LED boards can be removed when additional lighting is not needed, providing greater flexibility for equipment integration.
The module integrates two digital microphones, providing audio input capability for applications requiring video and audio capture.

Two image sensors capture synchronized video, providing corresponding left and right image streams for stereo and dual-camera applications.
Supports synchronized 2 × 1080P video at 30fps, with a combined output of 3840 × 1080.
Two Sony IMX307 sensors provide a consistent dual-sensor imaging platform for embedded vision applications.
Unlike rigid dual-camera boards, the two camera modules are connected to the main board through FPC cables, providing greater flexibility for mechanical integration.
Two 106° no-distortion lenses provide a wide field of view suitable for stereo imaging, monitoring and embedded vision.
Optional removable LED boards provide additional illumination when required while allowing the lighting components to be removed for different installation configurations.
The combination of synchronized dual cameras, separate FPC-connected sensor boards and flexible mechanical integration makes the module suitable for customized equipment and embedded camera projects.
Two Cameras. One Synchronized Vision Platform.
Yes. The DB06IR-5MP supports synchronized two-channel video output, allowing the two camera sensors to provide corresponding synchronized image frames.
The module uses two Sony IMX307 1/2.8" CMOS image sensors, one for each camera.
Yes. In synchronized two-channel mode, the module supports 3840 × 1080 @ 30fps, representing two synchronized 1920 × 1080 camera views.
Yes. The specification includes single-channel output modes, including 1920 × 1080 @ 30fps and other lower resolutions.
Yes. Both camera sensor boards are connected to the main board using flexible FPC cables.
The FPC-connected architecture provides flexibility for mechanical integration and camera positioning.
For specific requirements such as camera spacing, angle, FPC length or installation direction, customization can be discussed for OEM/ODM projects.
